Replacement Chain & Guide Bar for 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch Chainsaws

i needed new chain for my 6 inch mini chain saw and after ordering a basic chain saw chain on amaon only to find out they were about 1/4" too short and would not fit on my chain saw so I ordered new chains from the Tingmengte web site and they fit perfectly, still trying to find a sharpener for these mini chains, I'm looking all over the place and can't seem to find anything that fits and/or works. I can take them to the local ACE hardware to be sharpened but they cost $6 to sharpen one chain, that is too much over time especially if you use the chain saw a lot.

I I initially sent you an email saying that I incorrectly ordered the wrong size. I need a size 8 bar and chain. I received a 4 inch chain and two chargers no bar. How do we go about correcting this?

The replacement chain I received with my 6" chainsaw was a 4" chain.
I emailed you 2 weeks ago, and still have not seen anything. I did order another 6" chain and received that. Please send me a 6" replacement chain

There were NO guide bars in the package.....only 3 chains. One of the chains was not even in a package, just loose in the envelope.

I love the product but ordering it was a problem. They need to have a better way to reach the company to resolve issues
